Twist ‘n’ Scoot’s complete service and parts department can provide all of your service needs including routine maintenance, repair, or performance enhancement. We service our brands — Genuine Scooter Co., NIU, SYM, and Lance — as well as most other major brand scooters including Vespa, Yamaha, Honda and KYMCO. We are committed to providing you with professional, timely and honest service. Most scheduled services can be handled same day or less.
Rider safety is our priority. Therefore, Twist ‘n’ Scoot will not service or repair any brand of scooter with customer-provided parts, accessories, or tires — nor any product which we determine to be unsafe or unsuitable for the road including:
- No non-U.S. D.O.T.-approved scooters
- No online-purchased scooters of any brand/make
- No stand-up e-scooters, Segway or Ninebot scooters, mobility scooters, pocket bikes, mini-choppers, go-carts, mini bikes, ATVs, Quads, all three wheel scooters or electric bicycles
